Ace Hotel Poitiers

Amazing place with its free parking, 24-hour reception, and fast wi-fi. The staff guided me on evening plans during my first stay, and the night receptionist was very helpful too. Highly recommend for a smooth stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Large and comfortable bedroom and excellent bathroom with large shower. Excellent value for the price paid.

Charming small accommodation with exceptional staff in a very menacing manner. Remote location to Caen port. Also - not far from main motorways.

The experience was marred by low cold-water pressure at the sink faucet, which we reported to reception but remained unresolved during our two-night stay. There was an unpleasant smell from the drains. It's disappointing when basic amenities like water pressure and cleanliness are overlooked.

La Mangoune served dishes within 300 feet off the hotel. If you want to visit Futuroscope, you should stay here.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly, the breakfast was good , but I normally only have a bowl of cereal so it was expensive at 6 euros plus!

I arrived after sunset and it was dark, so no signs were visable, It took over an hour to locate the hotel in a housing estate. My sat nav didn't recognise the street name.

Clean 2* hotel not far from the University Campus. Worth 3*. Opened recently, budget friendly new facility.

Fantastic large bed and super comfy pillows that gave us the best sleep! Reception was super friendly and helpful. Just a bummer that the bathroom extractor fan was noisy. 🔊

Poor sound insulation so every sound from the next room could be heard.

Stayed here overnight while travelling back to the uk from Portugal. Hotel cant be very old because everything seems relatively new. For the price this was a fantastic deal. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and then the security of the Hotel. Cctv in all corridors and open areas which is reassuring. Staff could not speak a good level of English but this didn't matter as all staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Rooms of a good size and exceptionally clean. Bathrooms a nice size, nice towels and also very clean. Could not fault our stay here. Hotel is in my opinion better than the Premier Inn chain and cheaper. I will be looking for Ace Hotels when we venture into Europe again.

Well, I was almost impressed by the location, and the clean room was adorable, but then I encountered the smelly drains and disappointing breakfast options. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I guess they save those for special guests. Just couldn't give them a good review, what a pity!
